KeraLase™ is not advised for patients with skin cancer on the scalp, active scalp infections, or those allergic to KeraFactorMD products. KeraLase™ is ineffective for persistent bald spots, alopecia areata, frontal fibrosing, Lichen Plano Pilaris, Trichotillomania, or scarring alopecia.

Results can typically be observed after a series of treatments, with continued improvement.
